Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the service, or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects material changes.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service during your subscription or trial, subject to these terms and any plan limits your organization selects.

Optional training modules (courses, assignments, reminders, and AI-assisted study tools) are provided for learning only. Completion certificates reflect platform course completion, not government licenses or third-party credentials, unless your organization clearly states otherwise in its own materials.

You will not misuse the service: no scraping or harvesting beyond features we provide, no attempts to bypass security or quotas, and no use that violates applicable employment, anti-discrimination, or data protection law.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Use strong authentication where offered and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service or other users.

Features and routes may differ by role (for example recruiter, candidate, or educator). You may only use permissions assigned to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit (job postings, candidate materials, assessments, messages, and recordings where enabled). You must have the rights needed to upload that content and to involve third parties (such as candidates) as required by law and your policies.

You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy and your agreements with us.

Optional features may use automated or AI-assisted processing (for example parsing résumés, ranking, transcription, or in-product assistants). Results may be incomplete or wrong; hiring and academic decisions remain your responsibility.

Where required by law or good practice, inform participants when automated tools are used in a way that affects them. Follow our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

You may not, for example:

• Post fraudulent jobs, mislead applicants, or use the service for spam or unrelated marketing.
• Harass, discriminate unlawfully, or process special-category data without a valid basis.
• Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law allows.
• Use the service to build a competing product from our data or interfaces.

We may investigate and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

The service is provided "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, except where law forbids such exclusions.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts you paid us for the service in the period stated in your agreement, or, if none, a reasonable cap, subject to mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, risk to security, or non-payment where applicable. Provisions that should survive (such as liability limits and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

We may post updated terms here and adjust the last-updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where law requires additional notice or consent.
